Your account email, the content you create in your workspace (files, agents, chat sessions), and usage/billing records. Workspaces are isolated per tenant.
Agentic OS connects to Google services only after you explicitly authorize each one, and only to provide the feature you asked an agent to perform. We request the narrowest scope for each, store a refresh token to keep the feature working, and use the data for no other purpose. Specifically:
drive.file): access is limited to only the files and the
folder the app itself creates ("agent-os") — never your other Drive files. Used to sync the
workspace files you create in Agentic OS.calendar.events): read and create events (including Google
Meet links) when you ask an agent to schedule or check meetings.spreadsheets): read and write your spreadsheets when you ask
an agent to pull from or update a sheet (reports, trackers, lead lists).youtube.readonly, youtube.upload): read your own
channel and video list, and upload videos to your own channel, when you explicitly ask an agent to
report on or publish your content. Agentic OS uses the YouTube API Services.We do not sell or transfer Google user data, and do not use it for advertising. It is used only to provide the features you enabled, and the tokens are deleted when you disconnect the integration. Agentic OS's use of and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Because Agentic OS uses YouTube API Services, by connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Agentic OS's access to your Google account at any time via Google Account permissions or the YouTube security settings page.
Model inference runs via OpenRouter; payments are processed by Dodo Payments (we never see your card details). Connected integrations (MCP/connectors) only receive what your agents send them.
